Microtech square foot facility is equipped with fully automatic injection molding machines.
We use equipment from recognized brands in plastic injection molding, such as ferromatik, Haitian, Windsor, multiplus, demag, STM, JSW, nissin. Microtech in a trusted manufacturer providing plastic injection molding services.
We have 5 molding facilities and one tool room situated in and around Palakkad. Our tool room is capable of handling.
PLANT OPERATIONS
PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING FACILITIES
We operate different injection molding machines including the latest in technologies. Our capability of 28 machines with 16 tonnages of 45, 55, 60, 65, 75, 80, 86, 90, 100, 130, 180, 200, 220, 300, 350, and 360 tons. Supported by all required support equipment such as grinders, dryers, auto loader and mold temperature control units (water or oil).

VALUE ADDED SERVICES & SUB ASSEMBLIES
Microtech has a dedicated assembly area, where products are assembled to meet the requirement of our valued customers.
PRODUCT ASSEMBLY
We do the final packaging also we can source the required components and do the sub assemblies including final packing.
PAD PRINTING & HOT FOILING
We have pad printing & hot foiling machines to print logos and decorative parts.
